If you feel the need to reunite with colleagues old and new, why not take part in a covid-safe, outdoor activity and support Raystede Centre for Animal Welfare whilst having fun.
We’re looking for company teams to join us on Saturday 25 September for the Peacehaven Cliffs Abseil challenge. With two ropes running simultaneously, you can even race a colleague the 115 feet to the bottom.
Uckfield Chamber Members entering a team benefit from reduced sign-up fees and a fundraising target of £100 pp. If enough companies sign up, we’ll create a ‘leader-board’ to keep you inspired.
If you’d rather do your team building without a hard hat and harness, we have also just relaunched our Helping Hands Corporate Volunteering programme.
We are also searching for groups of about 10 to help us on site with gardening and maintenance work on Tuesdays or Wednesdays, until the weather turns. You might be asked to fill rabbit holes, paint fences, or cut back verges to help prevent horse obesity.
It’s a great chance to get stuck in, support your local animal rescue centre, and take time to reconnect with your colleagues. As part of our covid-safety measures we ask that you bring your own gardening gloves on the day.
