Chamber member, Osteopathy For All in East Hoathly has just been announced as a finalist for the Osteopathic Practice of The Year. Across the whole of the UK, they are one of only five practices to be shortlisted for the prestigious award.

Being shortlisted for this award is a testament to the excellent patient care they provide to the local community. The practice is owned and run by Pippa Cossens alongside Louise Field and Paul Harrington, all registered osteopaths who are passionate about working with their patients to find the right course of treatment. They have a particular interest in treating complex chronic pain conditions and stress related illnesses and they all have additional training as pain recovery and stress illness coaches.

Over the last year Osteopathy For All has expanded and they now have two brand new treatment rooms at 9, The Village Works in East Hoathly. The original practice at number 3 has had a new lease of life and has been turned into The Wellbeing Space, a beautiful rural studio suitable for classes and courses. They currently have a timetable of yoga classes, wellbeing sessions and pain recovery courses and it is available to hire for evening classes or weekend workshops.

Osteopathy For All has recently expanded their team by welcoming Kate Leppard, Homeopath and Suzi Tait who will be offering Aromatherapy Massage and Yoga Classes.

They are delighted to have been shortlisted given the challenges that healthcare professionals have faced throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. In the early part of the pandemic they offered their services to the local community support hub alongside supporting their patients. They also invited Buxted Osteopathic Practice to share their space to enable it to remain open with the adaptations required to be covid safe. Community engagement is an important criteria in the award selection.

With the current pressure facing the NHS, and their recognition of osteopaths as Allied health Professionals, the team at Osteopathy For All are there to help those suffering with pain and discomfort and the effects of stress. If you would like to find out more then visit www.osteopathyforall.co.uk
