Taylor-Made Dreams are a children's charity based in Crowborough, East Sussex that grants the dreams of children with life limiting illnesses throughtout Sussex, Kent, Essex, and Surrey of ages 5-18 years of age.
Alongside the dream making, we provide essential ongoing support services to the child and their immediate family, ensuring they get the support they need before, during, and after their incredibly difficult circumstances.
