Annual General Meeting

Our AGM comes around with an alarming regularity! And we are delighted to return to the Weald Hall, Civic Centre for this meeting.  We look forward to welcoming members on Thursday 27 March 2025.

Arrival at 6.00pm to allow the best opportunity for open networking, where canapes will be served in the Luxford restaurant, before we begin the important business of our AGM at 6.30pm. We are pleased to welcome our MP, Mims Davies, as our guest speaker for the AGM this year. This will be the first time that Mims has joined us in a formal capacity and we look forward to hearing of news from both Westminster and the local constituency.

Naturally, we will reappoint members of our executive committee and consider the important leadership roles within the chamber. If you haven’t been involved previously and would like to serve on the ‘exec’ please let Ian know in good time and at least three weeks, please before the meeting.

This is a strictly members’ only evening and we will be pleased to provide a buffet following the formal proceedings. This is provided FREE of charge to a maximum of two people per chamber member. That said, once booked please do let us know if you are unable to subsequently attend so that we can manage the numbers with the venue. There is plenty of free parking in the adjacent Luxford car park.
